Release Management roles and permissions
On Bitrise, Release managers are the only ones who can do any end-user-facing actions in Release Management. App admins can add other users as Release managers.
Release Management is open to all team members of an app's team. However, not all members can access all functions. To make sure your release process is in trusted hands, use the Release manager role.
Release manager permissions
Release managers are the only ones who can do any end-user-facing actions in Release Management. This means that only Release managers can:

Submit the app for review in the App Store Review stage. This only applies to iOS apps.

Release the app on both Google Play and the App Store in the release stage.
Team member permissions
All members of an app's team can:
Granting Release manager rights
By default, all Admins on an app's team are Release managers. Only Admins can grant the Release manager role to other users on the app's team. To do so:
Existing developers are Release managers
For now, existing users who have the Developer role on the app's team are also Release managers by default.

Log in to Bitrise as an admin.

On the Dashboard, click Releases in the top navigation bar.

In the App table, select your app.

On the app's page, click

Find the name of the user in the table, and under Release manager, toggle the switch on.
