Workspace billing and invoicing

It’s very simple to set up a subscription plan for your Workspace even if you skipped that step when creating the Workspace. You can also modify your plan and your billing information at any time if you are the owner of the Workspace.

You can set up a credit card and we’ll bill you automatically; for other payment methods, please contact our support.

Set up an email address so we can send you your invoices - no need to rummage around the site looking for them, we’ll deliver them straight to your inbox. However, if you wish to download it manually from the site, you can do that, too.

Adding and updating billing details for a Workspace

  1. Sign in with an account that is a member of the Workspace.

  2. Log in to Bitrise and open the account selector dropdown menu in the top right.

  3. Find your Workspace and click the little gear icon next to its name to get to your Workspace's profile page.

  4. On the left, select Billing from the menu options.

  5. If you haven't provided your billing information yet, do so: click Add credit card on the right of the Billing information menu.

    If you do not want to be billed automatically, you do not need to provide a credit card. In this case, contact our support to set up a different payment method, such as wire transfer. This option is available from 6x concurrency on Standard plans or 3x concurrency on Elite plans but only with ANNUAL BILLING.

  6. Fill out the details.

    Note that only the owner(s) of the Workspace’s has any access to the Workspace’s billing information.

Setting up an email address for Workspace invoices

By default, a Workspace’s invoices will be sent to the email provided when the Workspace was created. However, the owner(s) of the Workspace can change it at any time.

  1. Sign in with an account that is an owner of the Workspace.

  2. Log in to Bitrise and open the account selector dropdown menu in the top right.

  3. Find your Workspace and click the little gear icon next to its name to get to your Workspace's profile page.

  4. On the left, select Billing from the menu options.

  5. Locate the Invoice email menu and click Change email.

  6. Enter the new email address and click Save.

Downloading Workspace invoices

  1. Sign in with an account that is an owner of the Workspace.

  2. Log in to Bitrise and open the account selector dropdown menu in the top right.

  3. Find your Workspace and click the little gear icon next to its name to get to your Workspace's profile page.

  4. On the left, select Billing from the menu options.

  5. Locate the Past statements menu.

  6. Select the invoice you need and click the download icon on the right.
